Tania Arellano

Tania Arellano holds a degree in Criminal Justice from California State University, Stanislaus. Her passion for working with youth began in high school, where she served as a Recreational Leader for the City of Seaside. Since then, she has dedicated her career to youth development and community service.

For the past several years, Tania has been proud to be part of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Stanislaus County. She began as a Youth Development Professional in the summer of 2022, then became Site Coordinator at Sylvan STEAM Academy during the 2022–2023 school year. She was promoted to Program Director for the 2023–2024 school year, and as of January 2025, she now serves as the Program Quality Control Director, helping to ensure the highest standards of programming across all sites.

Tania's connection to the Boys & Girls Clubs runs deep. As a former Club member herself, she attended after-school and summer programs at the Boys & Girls Clubs of Monterey County. Returning to serve the same organization that once supported her is both a full-circle moment and a deeply rewarding experience. She takes great pride in contributing to an organization that plays such a vital role in the community—especially in supporting the youth who need it most.
