Mike Daniel

Mike Daniel serves as Director of Resource Development, where he works to build partnerships and expand opportunities for local youth.

He brings more than two decades of experience in marketing, media, and nonprofit collaboration, and previously led the creative agency Final Cut Media. Mike’s connection to this work is personal. He spent part of his own childhood in a youth center, an experience that helped shape who he is today and drives his passion for supporting young people.

Mike most enjoys being part of an organization that gives kids a safe place to grow, find confidence, and be surrounded by people who care about their future. Outside of work, he is a proud father to his son Matthew, a lifelong sports enthusiast, and a former professional wrestler who still appreciates the discipline and heart the sport requires. He also enjoys spending time with his Goldendoodle, Lucy, and staying connected to the community he calls home.
