Jeff Breeland

Jeff Breeland is a business professional with nearly 30 years of experience in the automotive industry who moved to Central Valley in 2019. His background is in executive strategy, operations management, and training. He is an industry subject matter expert who uses his accounting background to identify growth opportunities and drive organizational profitability.

Since 1996, Jeff has excelled in various leadership roles, including Dealer Principal and General Manager for both domestic and import stores. His expertise spans both fixed and variable operations, sales/marketing, and finance. As an ATD Certified Master Trainer and a National Automotive Dealer Association (NADA) Academy Financial Management Instructor, Jeff has demonstrated a passion for education and professional development throughout his career. He has also worked extensively as a Dealership Management Consultant. Jeff had the privilege of personally working with over 1,000 dealerships during his career and was a two-time speaker at the national NADA Convention.

Locally, Jeff actively champions community involvement, serving on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club and participating in the Modesto Rotary. He is also a part of the Men’s Group, a high school mentorship organization, and serves as a Youth Pastor. Guided by his belief that the future of any community depends on the development of its youth, Jeff continues to invest his time and expertise in shaping tomorrow’s leaders.
